Stand and VOTE!!

SUP!

5 days people! 5 DAYS! You have five days until we go to the polls and VOTE for our next president. I for one find it very invigorating and I voted early. It was one of the most exciting things I’ve ever done. To express and exercise my right to vote was truly a rush.

 

For those of you who are still on the fence about who you are voting for. STAND UP for what you believe in and VOTE! It’s that simple. Make sure you vote, you still have a day or two to register, GO NOW to www.rockthevote.com

 

OH I wanna throw this in real quick… I want to thank all people who have sent me cards this week! it made my week. I got so many different cards from people and I wasn’t expecting it. You’re awesome! Such an encouragement.

 

Okay… we just got back from one of my best friends birthday/costume party. It was awesome. We had a lot of fun, looked alittle…special… but HEY it was worth it.

 

Mom and I wrote a song the other night called “Stand”. It is truly amazing. Definitely going on the new record. People only focus on other people’s problems and errors. Following people around just to watch them fall. It’s always “he did this” and “she did that.” If everyone would invest just a portion of the energy they waste in trying to “prove each other wrong” or “get the last word” into like raising money to end world hunger, volunteering in your community, etc. Instead of talking about others we should be using the gift of speech by speaking in public and bring awareness to war, aids, cancer and drugs. Show love and not hate. It’s beyond religion it’s humanity. What did Jesus Do? He showed the love. Instead of wasting your time typing out your thoughts in a under-cover name, be bold and be brave to stand up in this election and VOTE. It’s the coolest.

Last weekend was amazing. Kristin’s home church was incredible. It was such a sweet spirit and such encouraging and inspirational people. The pastor’s wife had a word for all 4 of us at the end of the service and wow, it was awesome! God defiantly had a word, and what a word it was! I am BLESSED and I am thankful for what GOD is doing!

 

All the girls did an amazing job. But yet again I pulled out some really old stuff on them and they did INCREDIBLE! Check it out below:

 

 

 

Okay so I just wanted to share that video with you real quick. I’m working on the new record. Already got one demo down, now just 10 more to go. I’ll try and post a video blog tonight.

Hey Everybody,

 

Hope all is going well. Sorry it has been so long since I have written. I have been real busy getting back into the swing of things with school and such. It is my senior year of high school so the typical filling out of good ole college applications, which can take hours on end. WOW! What fun right? … not so much LOL. But I’m happy to say I’ve been accepted into the college of my dreams! : ) so I’m pleased!

 

Just wanted everyone to know that I’ve been thinking about you. Also wanted to let everyone know that our fall dates have been released! They were scheduled by very close friends and family members of mine and Jonathan’s so we’re excited to do these! We’ve got some special stuff going on during these dates! I’ve loved it so far! So defiantly come out and support us! I can honestly say we have the BEST fans and the BEST friends so I know you’ll be there.

 

We just recorded a demo to the new song “Crazy Things” (Losers). The song is very special to me. Jonathan wrote it about a part of my past and it’s truly encouraged and helped me. It talks about all different kinds of situations where REAL love is found and put to the test. The hook line is how to some people we may just be LOSERS and DREAMERS… but… okay you’ll just have to downloaded it when it’s available! : )

 

The new version of “Outside of Town” is in the works! : ) SOOO EXCITED! I love the studio and I love Eddie and Linda and I can’t wait! It’s gonna have some pretty neat new features and specials surprises! Can’t wait for you to see and hear everything!
